COVID-19: Update from Caring for Colorado

Dear Caring for Colorado Partners and Colleagues,

To follow Governor Polis’ stay-at home order, Caring for Colorado offices in Denver and Pueblo are closed until April 26, 2020, and staff are working remotely. Our offices will re-open when the stay-at-home order is lifted and when it is deemed safe for staff to resume normal onsite business operations.

We are committed to remaining accessible and responsive during this difficult time.

We are available by email, phone and video conferencing – please email any staff member or call us at 720-524-0770 if you need to reach us. Staff emails are available on our website here.

  • For prospective grantees – We are reaching out as decisions are made regarding the status of your grant application. Please feel free to call us or email us if you have questions.
  • For current grantees – We are providing maximum flexibility regarding your current Caring for Colorado grant. You should have been contacted by a staff member to adjust aspects of your grant, including reporting, use of funds and timelines. If you have questions, please contact your program lead or call 720-524-0770.

As further decisions are made regarding Caring for Colorado operations or work with grantee organizations, we will post these changes on our website and through Facebook and Twitter.

We appreciate all that you do to care for our community and the health of Colorado’s children, youth and families.

Wishing you and yours good health,

Linda Reiner
Chief Executive Officer
