Hold your next meeting in our Community Room

Caring for Colorado’s Community Room is a no-cost meeting facility available to Colorado nonprofits and community partners for meetings, trainings, retreats, and more.

• Is fully equipped with audiovisual technology and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it perfect for in-person or hybrid meetings
• Offers drop-down and mobile screens for presentations and remote meetings and a
  two-sided rolling whiteboard
• Can flex to a variety of room configurations for up to 30 people with plenty of tables and chairs to suit your needs
• Has access to a kitchen to host catered meals

The community room is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To request the use of the Caring for Colorado Community Room, please complete and submit the inquiry form below. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response from our staff. All room reservations must be made at least seven days before the requested date. An inquiry submission does not guarantee availability.
