Jocelyn Bowyer

Operations Manager

Jocelyn serves as the Operations Manager at Caring for Colorado, joining in 2023. In her role, she works to ensure that operations, human resources, finance, logistics, and technology are met with high standards to advance the foundation’s mission. Driven by a commitment to excellence, she takes pride and strives to provide the best support for the entire foundation, employee engagement, and overall culture.

Before working at Caring for Colorado, Jocelyn worked for Martin Marietta as the operations and office manager at the largest quarry for the Western Division. Jocelyn graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a B.A. in Hospitality and Events Management. She has volunteered with Girls Inc. of Denver and the Boys and Girls Club of Denver. Jocelyn is also an Alumni of the Colorado Childrens Choral. Jocelyn’s passion lies in providing top-notch service. She is a lifelong learner.

As a 4th generation, Coloradan Jocelyn enjoys being outdoors to take in all the beauty that Colorado has to offer. Forrest bathing in Colorado’s natural beauty, jazz in the park, and soaking in the natural hot springs are some of Jocelyn’s favorite hobbies. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son. She loves traveling with her son, hopes to see all of America and ultimately traveling abroad.
